Basement Progress
It's getting there, slowly but surely. We were supposed to be having my workshop sprayed and textured so I could start painting, but Mark was injured the morning he was supposed to come, and has stitches in his hand, so I really don't know when he'll be back. Bummer. At least we're getting my room done first, then I can move all of my stuff out of Jude's guest room/Ethan's playroom and Glen's workshop. I miss my stuff. I think that's one reason I started doing this blog. Kind of a creative outlet since all of my paper and tools and stuff is all boxed up. Does that mean I'll stop writing this blog when I get my room? I doubt it. I think I may have 3 or 4 readers! I won't let you down!!
We went to visit Natalie again yesterday. They turned her meds down so she was a lot more aware of things. We'll probably go again tomorrow. We got to see Jerry and Greg, which was nice, I just wish it wasn't under these circumstances.
Speaking of hospitals, I had to go to the doctor today. Not sure what my problem is. I'm getting a CT scan and ultrasound next Wednesday, so I guess the doctor isn't too concerned. I'll spare the details.
So, that has been my past few days. Not very fun, but sometimes life throws curve balls. Speaking of which, Ethan will start tee-ball next month. He's really looking forward to it, except the tee part. He likes to have the ball pitched to him. I told him next year that would be how he plays. And we are looking into Tiger Cubs for him, now that he is 6. I promise not to overschedule him and have him do 3 sports, Scouts, a musical instrument and drama.
OK, that's all for now.

A CT scan? If we were still kids I would say something like, "are they trying to determine if you have a brain?", but since I am a grown up now, I won't say that. Seriously, I hope you have one. Seriously, seriously, I will have my fingers, toes and eyes crossed that you will be completely fine!!!! Just trying to make you laugh. It's my job. Wakka wakka.
